Place in a location with bright, indirect light and some direct morning sun. Avoid placing it in direct midday sun or right against a window. Water thoroughly, then allow the top few centimeters of soil to dry out before watering again. Water less frequently in the winter. String of pearls plants are drought-resistant and prefer underwatering to overwatering. Use a well-drained potting mix, such as a cactus mix, or amend a basic potting mix with perlite.
